I know, my wording is rather clumsy, but bear with me as I'm still new at this.

With this, the 5th main character is officially introduced, who's also the first one of my own creations (I won't have more than what's necessary, don't worry). She will be "wearing" a Lyra disguise most of the time, so we won't get to see her real looks for a while. Her agent-name correlates with her specialty, which... getting forgotten very easily. Which is really beneficial if you don't want to be noticed in the first place. She will talk about this later in more details.

And I can't emphasize enough: purple-eyes here isn't Twilight. Not only her eye color is a completely different shade of purple, but her coat color doesn't match the speech color either. And neither Octavia, or anypony canon. She's just a random, relatively high-ranked official who won't appear again after this scene.
